Our Services

Trust & Estate Planning

Estate plans always include a Last Will, a Health Care Proxy, and a Power of Attorney. Estate plans may also include Trusts and designations of certain powers to others.

Having a Will in place is something we all need, no matter how much or how little we think we have. If you have children, you will use your Will to name the person or people you would want to care for your children if anything were ever to happen to you.

Creating a Trust is an effective way of ensuring your assets are protected, minimizing Estate tax, and effectuating the care of your loved ones in the manner you most desire.

Probate & Estate Administration

We can help you with the probate or administration of an estate. If a loved one has passed away, either with or without a will, it is important to understand the legal implications and responsibilities. Laura and Julie provide a free consultation to talk you through the process. Both hourly and flat rate packages are available, depending on the preference of the client.

Medicaid Planning

We provide services to guide the aging community with their estate plan, which can include Medicaid planning. In addition to ensuring that appropriate health care, end-of-life and financial advanced directives are in place, it might be important to discuss asset protection and establishment of a Medicaid Asset Protection Trust. Flat rate packages are available for such planning.

“We had the best experience with Laura & her team. They were extremely accommodating and efficient with scheduling, answering emails, and any questions we had. This was our first time estate planning for our family and Laura made it seamless! I got off each call with her feeling less overwhelmed and knowledgeable! We would highly recommend choosing Laura to work with!”
