Laura J. Fischer, Esq.

Laura is a '98 graduate of Duke Law School. She has over 20 years of experience as a lawyer and has had her own Trusts and Estate practice for over 15 of those years. Her practice focuses on Estate work, comprised of Basic and Complex Estate Planning, as well as Surrogate's Court work in Probate and Administration.

Laura is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. She was also educated in mediation at the Peace Institute in New York City and trained in the Civil Court of Brooklyn.

Zoe Freireich, Esq.

Zoe is a Brooklyn native, who brings a deep-rooted commitment to community and client advocacy to the legal practice. Her professional path was shaped by firsthand experience growing up in a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood, where she witnessed the importance of thoughtful planning to preserve stability and protect one’s ability to remain in one's community.

She began her legal career in real estate and later worked as a developer of affordable housing, gaining valuable insight into the long-term impact of housing and financial security on individuals and families. As a Senior Associate at Fischer Harbage & Associates, she focuses on helping clients protect their assets, plan for the future, and maintain their quality of life through comprehensive legal strategies.

She earned a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark and is licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey. She is an active member of the New York State Bar Association, participating in the Elder Law and Trust and Estate Sections. Zoe is fluent in Spanish.

Bridget Golden, Esq.

Bridget is an associate attorney who specializes in assisting clients with all legal, emotional, and practical aspects of estate planning and estate administration. Her practice is grounded in deep knowledge of wills, trusts, and estates law, as well as strong, personal connections with clients that allow her to provide advice that is both legally sound and sensitive to their individual circumstances. Before focusing on trusts and estates, Bridget practiced employment law at an AM100 firm, gaining a strong foundation in legal research and counseling clients through sensitive and confidential matters.

Since joining the firm, Bridget has independently managed clients' estate planning and assisted with the probate and administration of many estates in New York, Kings, Queens, and Nassau counties. She leads the firm's Trust Funding department and advises clients on niche issues, such as incorporating intellectual property into an estate plan and how to structure assets to minimize their impact on college financial aid.

Bridget earned her Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law, attending on a full scholarship and graduated cum laude. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College where she was a member of the Honors College and graduated magna cum laude. She is admitted to practice law in New York State and is admitted to practice before the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Gladys Zakharova, Esq.

Gladys Zakharova is a Trusts and Estates attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families preserve wealth, plan for the future, and navigate complex legal and financial decisions with clarity and confidence.

Her practice focuses on estate planning, estate tax planning, estate and trust administration, and Medicaid planning. Gladys advises clients on the full spectrum of estate planning tools, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives. She works closely with clients to develop tailored strategies that minimize tax exposure, protect assets, and ensure their wishes are carried out effectively.

In addition to planning, Gladys guides executors, trustees, and beneficiaries through the estate administration process, providing steady, practical counsel during what is often a complex and emotionally challenging time. Her Medicaid planning practice helps clients prepare for long-term care needs while preserving assets for their families.

Known for her thoughtful and detail-oriented approach, Gladys is skilled at translating sophisticated legal concepts into clear guidance. She is committed to delivering personalized service that evolves alongside her clients’ goals and family circumstances.

Anastasiia Repina

Anastasiia is the Manager of Operations at the firm, supporting the operational framework behind the firm’s estate planning and related legal services. She joined the firm in 2024 as an administrative assistant, advanced to a paralegal role, and was later promoted to Manager of Operations. Having worked closely with each stage of the firm’s processes, she brings continuity, institutional knowledge, and careful attention to detail, ensuring matters are handled efficiently and consistently from start to finish.

Anastasiia holds a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations. Her academic background supports a structured, analytical approach to managing complex workflows, coordinating multiple priorities, and supporting operational decision-making within the firm.
